The Professional Builder 2-Day Summit on the Gold Coast was nothing short of inspiring. Over two days, builders from across Australia came together to learn, share ideas, and work on systems that drive real results in their businesses.

The TPB team delivered powerful sessions focused on using structured systems and practical solutions to overcome the common challenges builders face day to day. The energy in the room was incredible. Builders weren’t just listening, they were setting goals, committing to change, and holding themselves accountable to see it through.

The sense of community and support from the TPB team was next level. They’ve created a space where every builder feels seen, heard, and motivated to keep pushing forward. It’s not just about business growth; it’s about building a life with purpose and balance.

Over the two days, we met so many passionate builders and had great conversations about estimating, project qualification, and systemised workflows.

To keep things fun, we ran our Cost Quest Game where builders got the chance to review a set of renovation plans and guess the contract value based on one of our Full Quantity Estimates. It sparked plenty of friendly competition and great discussion around real estimating challenges.

A big congratulations goes to Adrian Seccull, who came impressively close, just $737 off the actual contract value. Adrian took home a $1,500 Price A Plan voucher to use toward his next estimate.
