Finalisation & Delivery
Your QBE has been completed by our estimator it is passed to our senior team to review price points based on real project costs.
Your QBE is delivered as a customised pdf.
Review & Revision
This is your chance to look it over and ask any questions before presenting it to your client.
We include one round of revisions to your QBE.

What are the minimum plan requirements for a QBE?
Preliminary Plans are totally fine but we require elevations (or site details) and floor plans with at least one measurement.
How much does it cost?
$495 + GST – QBE for standard residential new build or renovation
$660 + GST – QBE Large for highly specified architectural builds, multiple dwellings (townhomes, units) or commercial builds (childcare, medical centres)
Will the QBE customised to my business?
Yes, send us your logo and we will fill in the rest of the details on the QBE and make sure it is a very professional document.
How do I get started with my first QBE?
Email your plans and any details (please remember request a QBE) to estimates@priceaplan.com.au and we will get you setup in our system and your job in the queue. You will be emailed an acknowledgement of your due date within 24 hours.
