Outsourcing construction estimating means engaging an external estimating team to complete some or all of the estimating work for your building business.
With Price A Plan, this can include early-stage Quality Budget Estimates, detailed Full Quantity Estimates, trade takeoffs and additional pre-construction services. You remain involved in reviewing and refining your estimate while our team handles the detailed estimating work.

For new clients seeking an FQE, the process begins with Price A Plan’s qualification and onboarding process. Once you’re onboarded and your project is submitted, you’ll receive a due date and a link to book your project checklist meeting.
The estimating team then prepares your project and completes internal quality control before delivering your first draft. You can review the estimate, ask questions and make revisions before it is finalised.
